Forwardy Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Forwardy (“App,” “Service”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Forwardy is an automation service that executes actions based on user-defined rules when events such as SMS reception, incoming calls, or missed calls occur.

Key Features:

• Automatic SMS forwarding and auto-reply
• Email notifications
• HTTP requests (webhooks)
• AI chatbot assistance for rule creation

2. Eligibility

• The Service is intended for users aged 14 or older.
• Login via a Google account may be required.
• Users must use the Service only on devices they personally own.

3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Illegal Use: Using the Service for spamming, phishing, fraud, stalking, or any unlawful purpose
• Infringing on Others’ Rights: Collecting, storing, or distributing others’ personal information without consent
